What Is The Block Party Trailer?

The trailer is an evangelistic tool used to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in an exciting way. With a donation to the Association, our Associational Churches can utilize the trailer to help with Block Parties, VBS, Holiday Events, or other Evangelistic type events. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who Can Use It?

    Churches and Ministries of the Orangeburg-Calhoun Baptist Association can use the Trailer for the purpose of Ministry and Evangelism.

  • How Much Does It Cost?

    We ask that each church give a minimum donation of $200 for the first day of use and a donation of $100 for every additional day. This donation is to maintain the Block Party Trailer and equipment. It also goes to support summer interns within the OCBA churches.

  • How Do I Reserve the Trailer?

    You can call the Associational Office at 803-534-9712 or email us at ocba@bellsouth.net to reserve. Proof of the church's liability insurance is needed for our file prior to rental. 

  • Rules for Bounce Houses

    1. Only set up inflatables on smooth surfaces or grass. Remove all rocks, sharp objects, and anything else that could poke a hole in or damage the inflatables.
    2. Sweep out inflatables before deflating to remove dirt and grass.
    3. Do NOT use it when raining.
    4. Numbers allowed in and workers for the inflatables depend upon the weight and age of children. Please have workers designated to help with the Bounce Houses.

    Please perform a walk-thru and report any damaged items that need to be replaced/repaired. Thank you for your support in helping to maintain the inflatables for all to enjoy at a discounted cost.

  • Technical Specifications of Trailer

    The trailer requires a 2 5/16 ball hitch and has a round, six-wire electrical hook-up cable. The trailer is dual axle.
